Linda's service was terrible! We arrived at the airport about an hour before our flight, which ended up being delayed by another 30 minutes. With at least 90 minutes to spare, we decided to order a couple of burgers and beers. I ordered two cheeseburgers, and Linda completely overreacted. She began yelling, asking if I knew what time it was and claiming we would miss our flight. I explained that our flight was delayed and we had over an hour left. She then started making remarks about how it takes more than an hour to cook cheeseburgers and implied that I should have been aware of that. This is a small bar, but considering it's located in a small airport, that’s to be expected. I felt for the blonde bartender—it seemed she could really use some assistance. I observed her walking from behind the bar to take orders, but she overlooked me on more than one occasion. I didn't want to make a fuss, but clearer communication would help a lot. I wasn't sure if I should approach the bar or wait for her to come to me. Additionally, I noticed that the alcohol pours were inconsistent. It might be helpful to implement a metered pour system or perhaps bring in another staff member to give her some relief.
This place is an absolute pathetic excuse of a bar/restaurant. The blonde haired lady behind the counter is extremely rude. Not just to me but everyone I watched her interact with.I was reluctant to leave a negative review because this is not my style. However, this is my third time at this airport, and she was rude every single time. I cannot imagine who is in charge of this place and allows her to work here.Whoever is responsible for her employment should be embarrassed. I will never come back to this place.Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.
The blonde bartender really needs to be replaced. It was obvious she doesn’t enjoy her job at all. She spent most of her time sitting in the corner of the bar on her phone, completely neglecting her customers. I didn’t see her check on me once while I was eating. Eventually, I had to approach her with my empty cup to ask for a refill. I definitely won’t be coming back here before my flight. I’d be better off just grabbing something from Dunkin' right next door.

The bartender is very unpleasant. I have flown through AVP multiple times (about 20 in the last 3 years) and the same lady is always bartending. Her attitude varies from kind of ok to raging jerk. I wonder how this can continue? I feel like if she would consider being nice to people she would get better tips. I can't imagine the bar's ownership read these reviews since multiple people have complained about the same issues but she still continues being rude.

Fast food service, and friendly staff. Great bar front views of the runway, which means you can see your inbound flight when it lands!It's a super short walk to the gates, so you don't need to leave much time before boarding.You may notice the unconfirmed/inconsistent hours the reason for this is that the hours are based on the schedule of departing flights for the day.
Please pull out and let a happier service in. The bartenders are the worst I have ever delt with. Always complaining that they are busy, working, and complain when they receive a small tip. They reuse glasses and you feel you are bothering them. Too bad they are only busy at lunch and dinner time. They could not handle an all day crowd.

No issues with the blonde bartender. She was a little short and to the point with me but overheard friendly conversation with others. Certainly not rude like the other reviews suggest.Food and drink was pretty good and super affordable for an airport bar.Would definitely come back.
Why? Why did I just pay to experience the rudest customer service from this old, tired of life blonde bartender? You are better off getting an over priced snickers at the gift shop.
