We left the final design entirely in Lucy's hands, and she truly amazed us with her creation. The design was intricate and detailed, with even the uplighting on the second tier crafted from lights! But that wasn't the only surprise. During our initial meeting, we mentioned wanting a two-flavor cake, and Lucy enhanced the back of the cake with a stunning floral design, which was such a delightful surprise. It showed how well she understood our ideas and incorporated them into her final design.
I should also mention that the cake was absolutely delicious! The bottom tier was a Victoria sponge, the middle tier was a delightful chocolate cake, and the top tier featured a crispy carrot cake. Eve...
Lucy Claire Bakes not only makes the tastiest treats I've ever eaten but the most visually beautiful! She always puts a personal touch on the recipes she uses which takes them to another level and is also just an incredibly nice person who really wants to make the occasional you are getting your goods for special. So far she has helped me with birthdays, christenings, new home celebrations and even just fulfilling my own personal sweet cravings with plenty more occasions to come I honestly couldn't recommend her enough, please support this small business!
We ordered desserts from Lucy and they were fantastic! The packaging was great, and the quality of the cakes was top-notch. Each bite was truly delicious! Recently, she made some cupcakes for my child's birthday, and I was amazed by the level of detail. It’s clear that she really cares about quality and executes the theme perfectly. Lucy’s brownies are the best I’ve ever tasted orders arrive quickly in beautiful packages, I often use them as gifts as I know others will love them as much as me! When it came to thinking about a wedding cake, Lucy immediately came to mind and it was the best decision we ever made! Her ideas were creative and elegant and the cake was a perfect part of our day I’d definitely recommend the cake tasting boxes, so many beautiful flavours to choose from. Lucy is always very responsive to messages too!

beautiful customer service of lucy; she was great in communication, professional, friendly and the high-time cake she has made for us was on site. we have about the type of things I liked and lucy over some pictures / some ideas she had and I love all 3 ideas, so I gave her free heart to make a cake, either I trusted it would look amazing. she arrived early and set it up. only 10/10 service from the driveway. many thanks once again lucy x edit* forget to mention the cake, also tasted incredible!
On the day of the wedding, which happened to be extremely hot, Lucy stayed at our venue after setting up the cake to move it into the refrigerator. This way, everyone could admire it when they arrived. The venue staff were impressed with her helpfulness and appreciated her efforts. Our cake held up beautifully in the heat and looked gorgeous all day. Thank you so much!
Lucy is an AMAZING baker, all her treats are absolutely delicious. I've had cupcakes, brownies, gift boxes sent to friends in the post, and everything is so tasty, and presented so well.
