I recently had a meal at Lucy's Restaurant and would like to share my impressions. The chicken sandwich was delicious, but I found it a bit pricey given the quality of the buns. Although the sandwich was enjoyable, the ordinary buns didn't quite justify the cost. I think incorporating some thoughtfully chosen sides could enhance the overall dining experience. On the bright side, the service was excellent—very attentive and friendly. With some adjustments in value and the addition of sides, Lucy's has the potential to be a fantastic place for a satisfying meal.
I had the opportunity to try the Spicy Signature Chicken Sandwich. The chicken had a juicy interior and a crispy exterior. Personally, I didn’t find it spicy, but it was flavorful. The chef's choice to add coleslaw beneath the chicken was a smart one, as it helped balance out the dryness of the brioche bun. However, at a price of $13 to $15 after tax, I would expect something more premium for a chicken sandwich. Overall, if the price were lower, I would rate it higher; but it’s still worth a visit.
Went for a late lunch on a rainy Saturday afternoon. Friendly staff and a great old tunes playlist.My wife is not a fan of beef burgers but loves their Classic . I usually order their fried chicken (which is delicious by the way, not too hot to handle and very crunchy), but this time I decided to try their burgers.Had a Blue with added Bacon and it was amazing A .There is plenty of seating and it 's easy to get there by the Red Line or a Bus if you 're not from around.
The counter service is great while ordering with the cashier;When they bring the food to your table they don't ask if you need anything else; sometimes I have to ask them to wipe the seat or the table; the food has been good, so far; my daughter and I have ordered the burgers and porky fries. I'm not from Chicago, but I decided to give this place a try since I've passed by many times and their burgers looked appealing from the ads. However, I was disappointed to find that the burgers don’t come with fries, and the spicy signature sandwich wasn’t even spicy at all. This will be my first and last visit.
This is a lovely restaurant! I visited for lunch and ordered the fried chicken and a sandwich. Both were absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent. However, finding parking was a bit challenging. Just keep circling the area, and you'll eventually find a spot.
Great food and Awesome management! Came with a group from work for a pride brunch and they were amazing!! Nick the manager was super supoortive and the morning crew wss just beyond friendly and helpful!!
Treat yourself to the bacon jam fried chicken sandwich—it’s a must-try! I just wish the fries were a bit crispier. But it still deserves a solid 5 stars!

Absolutely delicious burger. Burger of your dreams. ShakeShack but better. And very nice staff. Quick too. But the music is way too loud.
Great place for lunch! It was very clean, and there were only a few people there during my visit.
