We stayed on the 6th floor. The soundproofing is extremely bad. In the living room, there is no privacy as everyone at the swimming pool can see everything in the room which I found very uncomfortable. The two bathrooms are tiny and the shower is very small and uncomfortable to get in and out because of the folding door that makes the space even smaller. The bathroom is very dark with only one light attached to one side of the mirror (no ceiling light). The sofa in the living room was very uncomfortable. Our stay was mixed. The biggest issue was the arrival experience. After a long trip with luggage and bags, we were immediately taken through a lengthy check-in process and detailed explanations about regulations. While rules are understandable, a more welcoming approach would make a much better first impression. Guests usually appreciate having a moment to settle in before dealing with administrative procedures. Another disappointment was that the room did not fully match the expectations created by the photos. We spent our family vacation there with our two children (our 2-year-old daughter and 6-year-old son), and we were absolutely delighted From the very beginning, we felt truly welcomed and taken care of — the staff were absolutely wonderful, incredibly helpful, warm, and kind. The communication was excellent, the atmosphere amazing, and we will remember this stay very fondly. The apartment itself was perfect for families — very comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and highly functional. You can really see the attention to detail and the care for guests’ comfort. The apartments are truly excellent, and I honestly can't fault them. However, there was one unpleasant detail: when I checked out, I left 2,500 euros in cash in the kitchen cabinet and, of course, forgot it. I remembered five hours after checking out and immediately wrote to the apartment managers, but they told me neither the cleaner nor the other staff found anything. I understand it's my own fault, but if the money had been returned to reception and returned to me, then everything would have been simply wonderful. Special thanks for the coffee in the room! I would be happy to return, but perhaps the customer service was more important to me.

Not worth that money paid for an apartment . Many restrections that are meaningless . No services are available after off hours , not sure how they descripe them as a hotel .
The apartments are well located and have all the right facilities but they’re tired and need work. 3 star not a 4 star.
