I have to say I'm really not impressed with my experience at this restaurant. We sat down at the table and was waiting 10 minutes and no one came and asked did we want a drink. In the end my partner ended up getting up himself to order our drinks and wait for them. We then waited a further 10 minutes for our order to be taken. We had been in the restaurant around 45 minutes and was just in to our starter meal. When our main food came my partners meal didn't come with the chips it said it did on the menu so we had to ask for them. While we was eating our main my partner had to make a trip to the bar again because the 1 waiter that was on shift all night didn't ask us once did we need another...
This was a curate 's egg of an evening and, judging by other reviews, a bit of a one off. I hope, for their sake, that it was. We were a late booking. I chose this restaurant for the opposite near old metford and the reviews were good. I was disappointed by this Italian restaurant. The menu was very limited, with only steak options available. They were out of the white wine we ordered and also ran out of cider. On top of that, we had to wait over an hour for our starters because the staff forgot to put our order through. My steak and chips were good, but my friend's well-done sirloin arrived rare, which was not acceptable. Some staff members were unaware of our reservation when we arrived, which was confusing. The location is great for those attending Old Trafford, but the service and food quality were lacking. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

not what I expected. Italian restaurant that had a very limited menu of steak, steak or steak. the white wee, which we ordered that they had run out, the apple wine ran out and to top everything we had to wait an hour or more until our appetizer is served. the personal had forgotten to enforce the order. mysteak and chips were good, but my friend ordered a well-made sirloin and it rarely came. some employees didn't know our booking when we arrived. not sure why. great location when taking part in old metford but the service, quality of food etc. was bad. I can't recommend it.
We recently visited Luigi's, which had recently been taken over by new management and was no longer an Italian restaurant. Despite the change in cuisine, we decided to give it a try. The new management was very accommodating, cooking dishes that were not on the menu and allowing us to sample the wine before ordering a bottle. We enjoyed perfectly cooked steaks and will definitely be returning. The food was fantastic, the service was attentive but not overbearing, and the chef was very accommodating. If you're looking for a nice evening out to eat, I highly recommend it.
4pm Saturday afternoon booking (group of 5) and we were the only diners in the place which didn't bode well. However no complaints over the food and service. Staff were very accommodating with regard to special vegetarian and gluten free requests. Nice relatively new p!ace to eat in the Old Trafford area.
Place was nice, staff were friendly but this is NOT an Italian Restaurant. Menu was limited to 2 -3 starters, mains and desserts but NO antipasti , pasta, pizza etc i.e. no 'italian ' food). Staff member said under new management . Update your menu on website/change name of restaurant.

when I went to the restaurant, the exercise had stopped working because the owner was no longer present. I believe that their organization should monitor and alert customers with these services. Of course, I will not use their services as unreliable in the future.
