First off, I want to say this review isn't about the food, dining experience, or anything of that nature. This review is more about the critique of their ordering system when it comes to ordering past 1am/overnight. So, I was passing by Milton the other night, and I just wanted to grab something to eat. Google told me they were open—perfect! I get there, and it turns out the doors weren't open, but they were open for business. What I mean by this is, past 1am, they still operate for pickup and delivery but not for dine-in. Google had the business hours listed as 24/7 so I was not aware of this. I ordered from here for the first time tonight on Uber eats. So happy to find an affordable local place that has pasta!! The food was delicious and it’s clear they put a lot of care into everything. Can’t believe I’m only finding out how close they were to me now!! Also delivery is handled through their own staff rather than Uber and they were wonderful and very quick. I’d give this restaurant 0 stars if that was an option. No respect for people’s time or knowledge to run a business. I order almost daily and I have to call this restaurant 15-20 times to beg them for my order first to accept it then deliver it. I will never order of this restaurant again and will make sure strict action is taken against them for false advertising of ‘24/7 Open’ PFA the screenshot which shows 23 times I called them and no one answered. Excellent pizzeria in Milton, definitely worth the drive from Oakville. Always get the extra large with pepperoni, ground beef, bacon, green peppers, mushroom, and red onion.
