Lukumades - Tisch reservieren

The Lukumades storefront may be tiny, but they have a big heart. An equally tiny $10 will get you anything on their mouthwatering menu!From the moment you enter, the two young Greek lads at the front are super friendly & welcoming. We asked them to choose for us as we suffer from choice fatigue. What we were served was amazing - their bestselling Oreo Balls & Twix Fix. The former is a generous helping of lukumades - a box full of small balls of delicious deep fried dough, but not like any donut - topped with a huge scoop of gelato, a luscious pouring of warm white chocolate & sprinkled with Oreos crumbs. 3 visits in the last month and each time the donuts, the coffee and the service has been amazing! We highly recommend the Twix Donuts. Hot chocolate and caramel sauce and a dollop of vanilla bean ice cream. Very hard to go past. Nice little...nook to sit and watch the city go by. A real rival to the American donuts at the Victoria Markets.

I''m a huge fan of the Lukumades Food Truck that it was delightful to discover they were opening a shop in Melbourne, the best part was how close they are to uni and Vic Market. I love how light and fluffy the doughnuts are plus the generous toppings. I go after intense lab sessions and tests.

A cozy small place, space for 4 persons maximum inside. Not completely vegan, but has clearly marked the three vegan options on the menu. Please see the photo of the maple and Oreo Donuts, they were so delicious and fresh!
