Maybe I was spoiled by all the great restaurants I had visited in Paris that weekend but this was not a highlight of the places we ate in. It was not terrible, but I half ate my crepe as it tasted a little burnt and my friend said said she didn't enjoy hers too much. The coffee was great, the service polite and fast, I was just left a little disappointed by the crepe. It was bland, needed something else and wasn't great. Maybe the sweet crepes were better? I just think if you're in Paris there are 100's of places that do Crepes amazingly well so maybe try somewhere else.

After 3 weeks of looking for the quintessential French lunch, we found it on the last day at this tiny, funky bar/resto. A soup plate of the most delectable warm lentils with bits of corn and diced tomato topped with slices of divine crisp bacon and a mound of smoky rich gesiers confits and a pair of perfect saucisse de Toulouse with the best frites ever. Friendly, casual service. Excellent value for your €.

The service was a bit disorganized, but friendly. The food was good as were the portions, especially the fries. They served lots of very good fries. The prices were reasonable. It was pleasant to sit outside. We did have to wait to be seated, so this place seems popular with the locals.
