Food is good, but the staff is very unpleasant. Instead of showing basic customer service skills we were basically greeted with eye rolls. On top of that, my order wasn't even made correctly. I know the food is not a reflection of the staff, so for that reason I will recommend. I just wish the girls working up front were a tad bit more friendly. They genuinely made me feel like i was bothering them by coming to pick up my order... 1st time there and trying to support local businesses. Here's what we experienced: 2 young ladies leaning against the counter and staring at their phones, which they did throughout our entire visit. Tables and floor dirty and sticky, as were the condiments on the table. Lots of flies. Same two employees talking trash about the drive-thru customers. Too busy to acknowledge customers arriving or leaving. Food was ok, but Whataburger is a mile away and much better... When I managed restaurants, we had a saying: Time to lean, time to clean.
The burgers were uninspired and lacked seasoning. The crispy chicken wasn’t very impressive; the kids ate it, but it was quite chewy. On the plus side, the loaded tots and fries were both enjoyable.
I seem to forget about Lulu's unless I'm in that part of town around lunch time or dinner time.. The food is good and the have a variety of choices. . plus bluebell ice cream.

I got a bacon cheeseburger with cheese tots the burger was awesome the tots were crispy but also melted in your mouth best I had in a while good job!!
The girls taking our orders were sweet. The food was good. The restaurant is run down and didn't seem clean.
Fantastic burgers and excellent service! This is definitely one of my favorite burger spots in Hunt County.
First timer at Lulu’s! Went through the drive through. Burger and sweet potato fries were super yummy!

I had a hamburger with chili cheese fries and absolutely loved it. Nice people and great food!
The only thing is, it's little expensive but the food and the portions are worth it!!
