I haven't been to Luminarias in years and I must say things have changed in a very good way. My family and I went here for a Sunday brunch and the weather was beautiful. There was music, and a lot of beautiful couples and families enjoying each other and the bottomless mimosas which is a must! Our waiter Andrew the Angel I call him was so kind and helpful. An LA original beautifully restored. We watched the sun set on the patio and later took in the view of the city lights. We were hesitant when we seen the new menu, but everything was delicious. Karen was our server and she gave us the best recommendations. She asked all the right questions and knew exactly what we would love. We had a party of six. We share the empanadas to start. Beautiful restaurant with an amazing view. Highly recommend the patio area as you will be able to enjoy the view while enjoying food/drinks. The food was flavorful. Our server was very attentive. Perfect restaurant for catching up with friends or a date night. Of note, the restaurant does share a parking lot with a neighboring golf club take some caution when parking to avoid golf balls hitting your vehicle.

I can only speak to the bite size food, but I can comfortably say by getting a handful of items that they take pride in the food and presentation. Great experience overall. Will absolutely be back!
I did flowers for a wedding here and it's a nice setting. Put flowers on the outdoor gazebo and did centerpieces for the tables inside. The only drawback is you can here the freeway noise when having a wedding at the gazebo, but the ceremony doesn't last too long and then your back inside. Also, went to a surprise birthday party here, the food was great!
Beautiful restaurant amazing view drinks were top tier grilled oysters were delicious , jalapeño cornbread was really good and different everything was great except for my over cooked $120.00 tomahawk which was very salty as well even after I put chimichurri all over it besides that everything was good.
Such an easy venue to work with. Parking is great. Loading in and out is crazy easy to do. I got lucky and was able to get the parking spot right next to the door that leads into the event room. Staff were really great to work with as well. I can't wait to DJ here again.
What amazing experience we had at this wonderful, beautiful place. The scenery is so awesome. And the service is so great. Food taste was the best. I will definitely recommend this restaurant for family and friends and also for special occasions.
Great service.. Andrew was great.. we told him we are vegetarian so he offered the veggie instead of the chicharrones the guacamole comes with. They also gave us completely corn bread. Will definitely go back
