I tested the table of this wine bar in nature at colmar with a small group of friends during the week. we had reserved the stammtish (a large wooden table in a space a little apart and had ordered in advance a assortment of cutters and cheeses. all accompanied by wines selected by the girls for the occasion. We were looking for a wine bar to drink some glasses of good wines in order to make us forget the piquette that was served on our St Sylvestre evening. Indeed, not disappointed, the selection of wines by Madame is good and the wise advice. And then you have to eat a little something. So here, no special planks, real dishes, cooked house by the chef, in 4 m2! And there big surprise because for a price content the quality is excellent and the original proposal. we were looking for a place to taste a good Alsatian wine and here we are in this atypical place where we are very welcome. The map is original with local products and houses, we are attracted by a wine in the curiosities .la seveuse explains the characteristics of this wine and we are surprised by the orange gewurztraminer accompanied by a local charcuterie board it was top !!
