I have ordered from this restaurant twice now. The first time, they forgot the fries. This time, the Cheesy Jalapeno Poppers (freshly fried, breaded, and cheese-filled jalapenos served with a side of Tapatio dip) did not come with dip. Although the fries were included this time, they were not the garlic fries as shown in the picture. The Homage to Dick's Deluxe (American cheese, bacon, grilled onions, top-secret burger sauce) has a delicious sauce, but could use more vegetables. Overall, the food is good but I was not overly impressed.
I had given it 5 star reviews earlier, but the place has really degraded now. Lot of waiting to get served. there was just one person taking orders for all the table. I feel bad for them, but we had to wait an hour to get one burger and fries. And they got us the wrong fries. Also the food quality has changed from 5 months back, or rather 10 days back. The garlic fries which I used to love are not the same. The look, the quality and taste have degraded. This place is understaffed.
We were welcome and sat outside, as the weather was good. The service was reasonably attentive, but a mistake was made on the beverage order, and drinks took a long time to get to the staff problems. It seemed only 1 person in front of the house at any time. Good options on the menu, but unfortunately the execution was quite disappointing, had much better burgers elsewhere and the burgers were really pretty salty. According to other reviews, this place is on the decline.
I went with a friend before a concert in the area. The prices are fair for the quality and amount of food you get. I had a milkshake that was amazing. My friend had a boozy milkshake he said was awesome as well. I had a burger that was really good. The service was a weeeee bit slow, but the quality of the food and drinks made up for it. Next time I have a show to go to close by I'd totally eat here again. It was clean and the staff were very friendly.

Aside from the TV blasting the sad after-game commentary on a list football game my visit was great. Eventually someone turned on music and the mood lightened considerably. Staff was friendly and helpful. Booth was clean. The portions were perfect. I left satisfied and but not overfull. It was a refreshing experience at a burger restaurant. I will definitely return.
Ordered a burger of the Gods and fries and they were amazing. But they forgot my milkshake and I was so excited and now I won't be able to taste it before starting my chemo treatments.
Everything was delicious from the milkshakes to the Burger. First visit to Seattle and the Lab strengthened my reason to visit Seattle again
My undercooked and greasy French Fries, that Lunchbox Laboratory values at $4.49, measured exactly 1/4 cup in size.

Definitely a great place with quality food. So delicious and unique to the place all the foods. Will go back again.
