I called this place heading home from work, hoping the order would be ready as I got there, A woman 's voice answering the phone asks me to please hold, Then hangs up on me, I called back, womans voice ask me to please hold, But this time doesn 't put the call on hold, Just puts the phone receiver down, i can hear them working, taking orders, handling the register, ect, I hear the womans voice casually talking, But doesn 't pick up the phone to take my order, i put my phone on speaker and drive to Lupi 's , I here the womans voice, none stop talking to coworkers about nothing really, but she the only voice I hear, In hope she picks up the phone and my order will be ready as I arrive, 20 driv...

I ordered a small mushroom cheese steak with mayo, ketchup, pickles, fried onions and I was extremely disappointed. The sandwich had a sour taste because the cook put too many damn pickles. Never again will I order from Lupi’s Food: 2 Service: 3
