This is not the place that most of the pictures online show. They have no coal fired brick oven plus the pizza is awful in texture and taste. No reservations are needed for this place and I don't even think they would be honored even if you made them since it's a counter service type of place.
They basically ruined this place with their move from EV Houston to become more trendy. The amazing gnocchi is moved their sister restaurant. The pizza sold at Luzzos is more fast eats aiming

My friends and I came here for dinner when they were in townMy husband and I were jazzed to eat here because it's on our pizza tour of NYC.
The staff was unfriendly and we didn't feel at ease. The pizza was too much and the atmosphere felt forced. We probably won't return.
