Lived in their first restaurant in Angouleme, I followed them in the commercial area. Their dishes are really quality (market fresh products, seasonal cuisine so), a great welcome. The boss is in the furnace but willingly greets the guests with a big smile, while he is at the reception and greets us as old friends. I thought M meant Morocco but not Mer... The only dish it is Moroccan, coucous: the vegetables are without flavor, the fade chicken, the merguez are excellent.
