I went in to pick up an order. Let the young lady know the name for the order, and she stated the order was not ready.. I waited and watched people come in and out after me. 20 to 30 mins passed. The young men behind the counter had done their job because they were cooking up every order.. However, the young lady for some reason, lied to me.. the order was ready, and she pulled it for a corner and acted as if nothing had happened with an attitude. Totally unbelievable. I never received this type of service at this establishment. Seriously disappointed.
Service was alright, but charging $18 for two burgers that consist of bread, meat, and cheese is outrageous. If you are going to advertise food to come with lettuce, tomato, and onion, maybe actually include these items on the dishes. McDonald’s would have been a better experience than this. The burgers were not good enough patties to be served naked for this cost. Bun was ok.
CAUTION! An anonymous customer informed me that the OWNER KEEPS the TIPS we give to the employees!! (Both credit card and cash in tip jar. So don’t tip if you want the tips to go to the Employees! The owner takes our tips under false pretenses and steals from employees.Except for that huge FAIL, the service is super friendly and helpful. And I enjoyed my crispy chicken.
The soda had a funny taste like there was something put inside of it. Afterer I had their food I feel like I was poisoned by the food. My stomach started hurting really bad and I threw it all up. Burger was very very good. Service was amazing but the music was super super loud and very annoying all throughout the store I couldn't even hear my conversation with my friend and I got a phone call and the caller asked if I was at a bar at 2pm lol overall it is very nice will return again and see what happens

The service was wonderful, the burgers were delicious and we loved the sweet potato fries. The only downside was it was so cold. I could see why takeout was popular and maybe 1 or 2 diners that were eating in! LolThat won't deter us from coming back. Did I say the burgers and shakes were great!

Second time I had this place now, really starting to like their food here, especially their burgers. This is a triple bacon cheeseburger topped off with a pretzel bun to make it Philly style
