Excessively bureaucratic service. You go to the cashier and order a drink, receive a ticket to collect from the pantry. Order a hot dog, receive a ticket to collect from the kitchen. If you want to go to the bathroom, you have to get a ticket to let you into the bathroom (it sounds like a joke, but it's real). It doesn't look like a restaurant, it looks like a church fair, the way they work, you have to order at the cashier and then walk around the place to pick up each item you ordered at a different point. As for the snacks, they are just reasonable, not bad but nothing that stands out, there are much better options around with equivalent value. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R$20–40
