I love this place I use to study in here for hours. The staff is always friendly. It is not so loud as to where I can't hear myself think. I came in with my family and their emotional support fur baby we had a nice time.We tried the lavender latter and the pistacho one too. Delicious! The Spain one is really good too btw and some sweet potato fries mm. You must try it and don't forget your panini. Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome even though there were not that many Parking: There's a lot of options for parking they have a lot of handicap parks in the bottom and there's a second floor with more parking as well as an underground garage! Wheelchair accessibility: Yes I saw plenty of this
My second time here. The first time I came in I was blessed with a free Macchiato tote bag. Made me so happy because who doesnt love a cotton fabric tote. ? The flavored and regular macchiatos are so good. They use good quality expresso AND powder to flavor the lattes instead of yucky syrup which I really appreciated. Pistachio Macchiato was perfect today. My Macaroons were delicious and fresh. I this place. Best Monterey Park coffee shop! Lots of variety drinks, food, treats. Parking: Parking has a lower level parking which is easy access to shop if you take the stairs .
Just fine. Sometimes you just need a desk somewhere that isn’t home.I ordered a “hot royal milk tea” and I received an iced potted milk tea. Extremely confusing given that the menu doesn’t specify the drink was potted, there is no “iced only” icon next to this item (it appears next to other drinks), and I ordered it hot (so why not tell me it couldn’t be made hot). I explained this and didn’t get an offer to make a hot milk tea for me.But it’s fine. Seven dollars for a table, fair enough. Anyone want this drink? ?
Had a macchiato lavender on ice. Sat outdoor near the fountain for while, then a slight diarrhea happened. Very annoying, saw 3 homeless guys walked by the fountain. One of them washed his face with the fountain water. Also annoying, even with a security guard near by.

Wow..... just like advertised and the drinks and waffles are a bomb (amazing and delicious). 10/10Free wifi too... and there is plenty of tables to seat, inside and outside. Free parking on the back, big parking lot with two stories.
Potted plant thai tea and milk tea ? You can add potted plant pretty much to any drink. Love it! It 's a very cute and fun drink! They 're only in these cups when you dine in, and sadly, you cannot take them home
I order the popcorn chicken and lavender latte; I was not a fan. The chicken was over cook it look more like pork rinds, it tastes horrible...Overall never satisfied with the product.

I absolutely love this shop. The Macchiato Sunrise is literally my favorite drink to get here. It's refreshing and a perfect pick-me-up for the day ahead of me. Definitely a must-go.
I would always come here to study but passed by it was close. I always get my waffle Sunday and my macchiato sunrise with chia seads.
