the server on the counter looked at me and then suddenly went away when it was my time to order. I stood there confused and then another person came to help. her version of a keks was super dry, covered with a very rubbery jam. I asked for a hot mocha, it was barely served lukewarm. it is not worth a 2nd attempt.
Our Seattle friends directed us to this bakery to pick up a mid-morning snack. The ones we got: blueberry scones, almond pinwheel, and apple turnover were delicious. But, I was not prepared for the prices: $4.15 and $4.75. I guess I hadn't quite gotten used to Seattle prices.
The chicken pot pie is really good . I like to order it once every month. they use coconut milk instead of diary. The Marionberry jam biscuit is a delicious treat. its not a small serving and is not overly sweet. The price seems to have increased however.
they have everything they want in a bakery and top quality! there is a nice place to enjoy their meal over the conversation or on a laptop. there is a hahn with sparkling water! even if they are looking for a brot for the week, this is the place.
Ordered a coconut cake for my moms birthday here and it was delicious. Light, not too much frosting, and filled with fresh raspberries. Highly recommend them for custom cakes. Super high quality.

What a gem of a coffee place. Coffee is perfect, many tea choices as well, lots of pastry, savory and sweet, and nice seating in and outside.
