I have been to three Mac’s now, Greenville,SC, Fayetteville,NC, and here on south-west side of Charlotte. None has disappointed! This one in particular has very nice and attentive wait staff, friendly atmosphere, and awesome food! They all have great food, but this one I really like! Since I live in Columbia, SC and do all my shopping in Charlotte, this one will become my go to place for bbq and beer!!
On vacation from New York and my family brought me here for an authentic North Carolina experience. Wasn't totally thrilled with service but the food by far made up for that... was amazing!!! Up until then all the wings I've ever eaten were a lie. By far the BEST wings I've ever bad. Also had the brisket with mac and cheese! Cooked perfect. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
I cook a lot of BBQ and your Que is righteous!! I've yet to be disappointed with anything I've eaten. Had the St Louis ribs today- fabulouso! Have had the pulled pork and brisket and beer can chicken and wings and the boss beef rib and perfect tenderness and flavor! Only complaint is those hard bar stools are rough on this old mans butt.
My favorite place to eat in Charlotte Lake Norman, NC area. Each property has isn’t own unique personality. The brisket is perfection and the greens are to die for!
