Let's start on a good not the food is excellent. However the pricing is a bit much. $16 for a very simple taco. $6 for 5 uncut tortillas and salsa. At least cut the tortillas. The service was lousy. The staff essentially ignored us. I also understand just having water be self service however when you let the water run out don't tell a customer that if they don't want to wait for the water jug to be refilled then they can buy a bottle, just fill a glass for them.Parking: Lots of spots down down by the river in frogged hollow
Great setting on Otter Creek. The pork taco is excellent. Some of the best pork I have had. Rutland DIPA Lazy Days was a good representation of great Vermont craft beers. Lost a star on account of your taco shells! Guys double wrapping your ingredients doesn’t fix the problem. Your soft shells are too soft to hold a taco together. Even doubled they collapsed when you try to pick up your taco. Work on the recipe.Still well worth the stop in. The staff is as good as the food??
I ordered the beef taco along with a Mad Zombie drink, and I must say, both were delicious. The portion sizes are generous for the price you pay. One person in my group had a cheese quesadilla and mentioned that it wasn't very cheesy, but another member ordered one with meat and found it to be packed with filling. I would definitely recommend this place to others, and I will certainly return myself. Overall, I'd rate the food a solid 4 out of 5.
The food is on the expensive side, but the portion sizes are reasonable. It would be great if there were options to mix and match. Unfortunately, the salsas were subpar and lacked heat. As for vegetarian options, they do have choices including vegetables and yams. Parking is available on the street in front of the restaurant. Service was pleasant during our dine-in lunch. The cost per person ranges from $10 to $20.

I had the Achiote Chicken tacos. They were fairly bland. The service was mid at best as the lady taking orders was more interested in talking to the guy at the bar than helping me. The food was excellent—definitely deserves 5 stars! However, it was served on takeaway plates with plastic cutlery, despite our intention to dine in, which really detracted from the overall experience. I hope they make some changes soon because the food truly deserves better presentation! Food: 5, Service: 3, Atmosphere: 4.
I was hesitant given how many negative reviews were on here. But boom, absolutely delicious! Pork belly taco, chicken quesadilla, chicken burrito amazing. If you’re looking for fine dining that’s not the place, but easy to order and enjoyed lunch by the river. I’m definitely going back! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
The food here is stupendous. Mix and match taco’s; burritos are very good and the selection of cider and beer fantastic. Not a place for ambience bit quite a find for literally a hole in the wall. Staff were laid back, pic-a-nick tables on the river or bar seating indoors. The entrance is that bright door in the wall.

Delicious wet burrito, enchiladas, and house margarita! Didn’t love the homemade salsa, but didn’t have room anyway as the entree portions are very generous and it all came out at the same time. Can’t wait to go back.
Way too expensive for what you get and the food is given in take out containers. The taste was good but nothing special if you've been around which stings even more with the price.
