Rudest treatment I have ever received at a bar or restaurant. I was recently here for a work event, and another party arrived without our knowledge. A colleague mentioned that the restaurant had brought out some more food and that he had some, and I went to get some, too. After grabbing it, I found out that it was the other party’s. I apologized, offered to purchase replacements, and everything was resolved. Immediately after, the bartender butted in. He immediately yelled at me that I should not have taken their food and that I could have...
This was just not my type of place. It may be great for others, especially on a slower night. I liked the Madam Mikette story, but the atmosphere was extremely loud to the point I could not hear my date across the 2-top table, and I was kind of grossed out by chicken wing bones on the floor next to my seat. The drinks were ok but I prefer more of a craft cocktail scene. To each their own!
The happy hour here is fantastic! You can get a delicious old fashioned for just $10, complete with nice ice cubes. The bar itself is clean and provides a great atmosphere for conversation and catching up with friends. They do have TVs, but they weren't on before 7 PM; I'm not sure if they operate at other times.
Came for happy hour. Despite the large party in the front and the place being very busy, service was swift and kind. Eoghan was great. $1.50 oysters for happy hour and sliders were delicious. They offered unlimited brunch drinks for roughly $45, which was a good deal since the staff was quick to refill our drinks. My croque madame was delicious, though I do wish the fries had been crispier. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!
The music in the front room on Saturday evening was fantastic. We weren't able to find a seat in the back room where the karaoke was happening, but I'd definitely return another time. The cocktails were great, too!
I love the happy hour here! The crowd is always fun, bartenders know their stuff and make a mean whisky sour ? I also find the whole brand story of the place really cool, you can read it in the pictures!
Great low key spot for a cocktail, plenty of seating which is refreshing! To many cocktail bars in the city have minimal space. Breads pudding is delicious as well Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
