I just finished eating a carbonara pizza and another pepperoni. They were very good. The quality ingredients and in the exact proportion and the dough is well fermented, quite alveolate, well worked and correctly stretched. What a discovery of a place! One of the best pizzas we've had in a long time. Good size and lots of flavor. The carbonara pizza was amazing, with crunchy guanciale and an exquisite flavor. And the stracciatella pizza was great too. The service was very fast and the woman who served us was very friendly. When we are in the area again we already know where to return.
