Maggiano's Little Italy

My family of 47 people just held an event here today in the private rooms upstairs. We’ve done this annually for many years, but today the service and food were spectacular. In previous years, it has been hit or miss. I wanted to write the review today to recognize the outstanding service provided by Melvin and Wilbert I’m not sure of the lead server’s name but he was a shorter, Latino gentleman. He was proactive, refilling our food without reminders. He was pleasant and very much on top of everything. The service was not rushed, not slow. I had a party yesterday with some friends of mine and we all loved it. We reserved one of the areas on the second floor and it was beautiful. The food was amazing and very filling. My mother and I loved it so much we thought of bringing my father here for his birthday. I haven't seen the rest of the area since we were mostly on the second floor but I assume it is still beautiful.

The food looks good, a little bit on the salty side. Would choose a different restaurant next time. The stars are for the exceptional, very professional staff.

probably one of the best family style dinners I had in a long time. everything ran like the clockwork for 13 of us.

Our server, Miguel, was the highlight of our dinner, He was so kind and welcoming!! The best server ever.
