As it became clear that the power might not return, many customers left, but the staff graciously let us stay in the cozy candlelight to finish our bread. To our surprise, our waitress even provided soup and appetizers—preparations made for other guests who had already left—and offered us to take some home. They also gave out gift cards to customers for future visits. I can’t praise the staff enough for their excellent handling of this unfortunate situation. The kindness they showed truly made our evening special. We will definitely be coming back!
My second time at a Maggiano (first was in Virginia) and I absolutely loved it! My family and I celebrated my birthday last night and I got a charming map of them and some lemon cookie type things for my desert. Our server was unbelievable that she was so friendly and felt so comfortable and welcome as we know her all our lives. Apparently a little expensive, but I could take less care of the price when I get amazing food and amazing service. Can't wait to go again!
Absolutely amazing! What’s not to love? The shrimp scampi was packed with so many shrimp that I could barely finish it. And the flourless chocolate cake? Wow, it was unbelievably good! Since it was my first visit, the chef even curated a special tasting of deep-fried zucchini with a lemon aioli sauce just for us, which made me feel really special. It was delicious! Our waiter was incredibly charming and attentive, making the experience even better.
Our waitress, Tina was outstanding. She took great care of us and paid close attention to my mother’s allergies. The chef even came out to meet us and let us know that she was also made aware of my mom’s allergies and even brought a small sample of her favorite appetizer, fried zucchini (which was delicious btw). I invited a good friend to lunch in celebration of her b-day. I got there a little early to set up the table with the flowers I got her. Our server was fantastic and so was the food. Thank You to all that helped make this occasion a memorable one. Just one suggestion.... have a little cake available for b-days. Thanks.
I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. The atmosphere was soothing, even for my energetic daughters. My daughter really enjoyed her pizza from the children's menu. As for me, the dish I ordered was fantastic. The staff were also excellent and attentive.
The food was great and so was the service! Our wait wasn’t long and our waiter was was exceptional! It was my Birthday and my cousin first time there and I enjoyed my day they made it special for the both of us!
