As a takeout-only establishment, I usually prefer rolls over sashimi, since I like to enjoy fresh fish rather than having it sit for a while on the way home. The rolls here are excellent—everything from classic options (I particularly love the salmon skin roll) to their more elaborate selections featuring eel. My wife really enjoys the grilled salmon roll, although there was one occasion when it was overcooked; every other time, it's been perfectly grilled and tender. That was just a minor hiccup in an otherwise outstand...
I had the worst tuna sashimi experience of my life. I ordered over $140 worth of sushi rolls and sashimi for a special occasion, but the tuna had a strange taste and odor. I ended up returning all the tuna because the owner insisted there was nothing wrong with the smelly fish. They eventually offered us salmon sashimi as a replacement, but they kept insisting that the tuna was fine. This used to be my favorite sushi place, and now it's incredibly disappointing. Their attitude was poor, and the quality of the food was a disaster. Please work on improving your customer service!

This is one of the best sushi and sashimi combinations I've ever had. The toro salmon is incredibly fresh and melts in your mouth. The wasabi is of professional quality, and the ginger salad dressing is on par with what you’d find at high-end Japanese restaurants. The prices are quite reasonable since it's more of a casual meeting spot and you’re not paying extra for the ambiance.
This restaurant serves a sushi roll that includes only 4 pieces but comes with a hefty price tag of $15. My overall experience was quite disappointing, primarily due to the high prices and the very rude staff at the front desk. I cannot recommend dining here. Instead, I would suggest going to Yama Sushi in Lodi for a far better experience.

Hitomi(at cashier) she is very welcoming. This is great place tp have sushi. Hollywood is a must, shrimp tempura is amazing, and all are extremely fresh. The Man behind the counter of sushi: he is a MASTER. Me and my son's favorite Sushi in whole New Jersey.
