I've been buying fresh bagels from Main St Bagel Deli for years. These are easily among the best bagels in the Northern VA area. They are fresh, chewy, yeasty, and can be even better when toasted (making them more crusty on the outside, since they aren't super crusty when fresh). My favorite are the sesame bagels, but I also really like the multigrain and poppy ones. The sesame bagels are absolutely fantastic! They are big (much bigger than places like Bagel Uprising), yeasty, and just amazing when fresh. I also really like the egg and cheese bagel sandwiches, they are delicious and very well prepared. The regular sandwiches are excellent too, they don't skimp on the toppings at all, like so...
Local, fresh ingredients, great atmosphere, very competitive pricing, and good customer service. Everything I have tried tastes fabulous and still exploring the menu, which is very extensive. The owner is very friendly and customer service oriented. They have everything: bagels, homemade cream cheese (various flavors , soups, salads, all kinds of sandwiches with a wide variety of meats and cheeses, smoothies, coffee and tea drinks, and a variety of bottled/canned beverages. Food always comes out super fast and hot. Even the pickles are delicious and I don't really like pickles I highly recommend this place and it is quickly becoming a favorite: !
Great family owned and run deli. I have always received the best service here. Great bagels and coffee is good. Try the everything bagel they put the “everything stuff” on both sides! This way there isn’t a good side and a bad side both sides are equally great! They have a system where you order on the right and then go pay on the left. Sometimes it’s not obvious there are two lines. Especially when there are people milling about waiting for their to go orders. But they are quick, you will get your food in no time. Note: Closed on Mondays.

During our first visit, we were overall satisfied with the experience. However, there are a few things to note. Unlike some franchise restaurants, they do not offer free coffee refills. On pleasant weekend days, the outdoor tables tend to fill up quickly. They accept cash, and credit cards are also an option. We’ll definitely need to return to sample more items from the menu to potentially give this place a fifth star.

I got a croissant with Turkey and a coffee. Very delicious, I loved the atmosphere and there was a constant line of no doubt seasoned regulars. I truly happened upon a local gem and can’t wait to return for more delicious sandwich delights
I’ve been going here for years and they have the best bacon egg and cheese bagels in the area. ALSO, best chai latte I’ve ever had. Definitely give them a try if you haven’t!
