Main Street Brewery

I've been writing a review for some time, but I've been looking for the words that match the setup that is Cortez's Main Street Brewery. My mother knew the reasons for my trip to Cortez last weekend, from my hometown Big Water Utah four hours away. 1. Hide around Mesa Verde 2. Say Hello to my Ex friends 3. Feast my taste buds on the Quinoa Black Bean Burger I'd welcomed since my first trip, back in July (a different story, for another day. However, she did not know that the percentages motivated these reasons. (Mesa Verde- 15%. Ex- 10%. Main Street Brewery- 75%. Excellent brews, went to a lot of breweries on our mini vacation and this one was by far the best. Loved the Rasberry Honey Wheat and the mix called Boomerang. The food was great, we had to share what we had because we couldn't decide from all the choices. Wish the brews were available closer to where we live!

We had Tuscan chickens pasta and pork ribs. Both records were fantastic. The export of Ale was stellar. Our bartender made the best old fashion. And then we made a custom Alabama Slammer. The Hot Apple Pie drinks were also delicious. We made new friends from Michigan. And had a nice evening everywhere.

We had the best food!! My mushroom Swiss burger was great! My husband had the pork, he said it was fantastic! Had to wait a while for his beer as the keg bleeded, but was worth waiting! The staff was made aware that we were taking care of us!! We would recommend to stop if you were through Cortez!!

I found the food and beer to be excellent here. Will return on my next mountain biking trip to the area.
