I was really looking forward to a family dinner out today, but unfortunately, our experience was far from enjoyable. My daughter’s kids' meal was extremely lacking. She became sick while we were sitting outside before the food arrived, so we requested to have our meals packed to go. It was a significant disappointment for her, and we were quite surprised and let down when we opened her box at home. To make matters worse, the manager was unhelpful and unwilling to address the situation. It’s disheartening to encounter such poor customer service. If this is what you can expect from a kids' meal, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
This is a nice restaurant! We chose it because they allow dogs, so we brought our two and sat outside. We both ordered veggie burgers, which were tasty, but I was a bit disappointed that they didn't offer vegan burger patties. It would be great if they could provide vegan options as well, so both vegetarians and vegans can enjoy the menu. On the bright side, the drinks were good and the tater tots were delicious. The regular fries were a bit oily and salty, but overall, I would definitely come back.
The bartender with long black hair is very rude to guests and very openly talks to guests with an attitude. If you like tipping rude employees then this is the place for you. I wouldn?t recommend going there. The food is good but not worth it to pay to bemistreated by a member of staff. Also never received so much as a hello or thank you from that particular bartender. That personreally needs and attitude adjustment and a reality check. There are better places out there, save your money.
The restaurant has a decent selection on the menu, along with a good variety of beers. The staff is friendly, and there’s ample outdoor seating, which is a nice touch. We love this great little pub in downtown Glen Ellyn. We've never had any food there, but what other people around us were eating tonight looked amazing. Great cocktails and good beer selection. Perfect location, easy to walk to.
Wow, I was pleasantly surprised! The service was excellent, and the menu was impressive. The burger was truly unique! I will definitely be returning. I just need to remember to take a photo before I dig in!
