During a visit to Beaune, I stopped in this brewery and I don't regret it! The property is very pretty, modern decoration and very beautiful space. We were served by an extraordinary young man! Good mood, professionalism, fun and general culture. A young man who takes his job and does it very well. With very nice attentions, which surprised us but in the right direction!!! We took the Bourguignon menu, a very good quality price!!! The service was fast, and the dishes were very good. A very good atmosphere in the restaurant I think communicative thanks to the server!!!
the room is completely renovated with round benches that provide a lot of intimidation. The server was very nice and very present. The meal is of good quality even if it is possible that it is not entirely made home, with a copyful portion. well welcomed but in fact some reflections outside and not very professional. a lot of waiting, but it was worth the shot. excellent burgundy snails, good foie gras, good wine eggs. and especially the very aqueous and good kouglof baba. also wait between each dish. value for money respected.
One vegan dish that consists of warm and cold vegetables and two small veggie burgers. It was fine, but overall very mediocre restaurant. Nice setting though.
