Excellent timing... Lunch together this Saturday. Careful welcome, sober frame. To say everything, for a 3-star, one would have expected more sophistication in the reception (e.g. with a small stool to put the purse or a service for the water more spontaneous without having to ask for it several times) and in the frame, since that was what had already been found in a star or two-star. On the other hand, the three stars are clearly in the plate. Explosions of repetitive flavours, from mouth to dessert. We had taken the lunch menu that was of exceptional quality. On the wine side we were left guided by the sommelier on wines with glass and, there too, very beautiful precision and accuracy... I...
What a great gourmet step. As a culmination of our gourmet dinner. The menu is beautifully built to take you on a gustative adventure perfectly mastered by all the teams.Bravo to Eric PRAS to succeed this general osmosis, bravo to the kitchen team, the pastry team, the bakery team, the service team, the sommellerie team, the reception team and the floor team. Nous y sommes allés un midi et nous avons beaucoup apprécier tant le lieu, que le service et la nourriture. Étant venus en groupe, nous avons été mis dans un petit salon privé, ce qui nous a permis de pouvoir profiter du moment en toute décontraction, sans importuner les autres clients. Le personnel, au petit soin, nous a fort bien conseillé.Quant à la nourriture et à la présentation des assiettes: juste incroyable! A recommander!
All right, no fake notes on the plates, it's a restaurant that's worth it. Lunch at 82€. If I can afford a micro criticism, I'd say I missed a little modernity on the plates. It was fine, but I had no wow effect.:P Otherwise in the whole there is not much to say, I just want to emphasize the service at the top and the very beautiful staff that is in the little care, it is very appreciable.

Deuxième visite, la dernière il y a 2 ans, en remontant du sud en amoureux.Quoi de mieux que de parcourir la route des vins et de s'arrêter dans cette maison mythique.Un véritable régal pour les palais délicats et avertis. Que des saveurs et du bonheur.
