Excellent bakery opened for a few months. be it the different breads (sea bread, sport, tradition. sandwiches or salads (I recommend the salmon pasta,) desserts (apple pie, pistachio apricot pie, vanilla brownie pieces) without forgetting the homemade pastries (chocolatine, Viennese., everything is excellent. beautiful decoration, beautiful presentation, helpful to the sellers: it is a faultless one. formula from midday to present an excellent quality price ratio.
Une belle délicieuse galette, généreusement garnie de frangipane (j’ai trouvé que la quantité de frangipane des galettes de certaines pâtisseries renommées était en franc déclin au contraire de leur prix d’ailleurs … Pas trop sucrée, savoureuse. Pâte feuilletée légère croustillante. L’accueil de la boulangerie était lui-même très agréable. Une belle découverte !
