What a nice surprise! Discovered by chance tonight and arrived almost at the closure we were very well received by 2 friendly and smiling people. On the caterer side, the person even took the time to explain the preparation of the meat, slow cooking etc...and how to warm it, we took the pork through and my god it was a real delight, melting in the mouth but especially the sauce an intersidal killing. There's like a taste of coming back. We have seen a very nice selection of wines among others... Like the Telegraph Our only regret is to have come to the closure but it's only gone. To improve you start by learning how to make the gardian sauces and stuffed cornets: insipid sauces and stuffed cornets that are too compact and salty and too thin incornets.
