Hello. The praise of the Basque cake of this house is no longer to be done either by passers-by or by the locals. a constant quality all year! I have just discovered their kings' galettes, the frangipane with almonds and the bunny (the little king) with its taste of orange blossom. so different and as delicious as each other! a reception always full of training in the 2 shops (ascain center and artisanal area), small words for each, always listening patterns.
