Malara's Italian Restaurant

First time here and had an enjoyable time. The fried eggplant was spectacular, mozzarella sticks made in house are great, as was the housemade pasta. The red sauce, as other reviews stated was not great very reminiscent of chef boyardee. The salad was way too saturated in dressing which was way too peppered. The torte was spectacular, but the cannoli was fairly bland and unimpressive. Also, if you are hoping for gluten free options even though the menu advertises them, we were informed by the waitress that the only things they had that were GF were 'plain GF noodles, or a steak potato '. Overall a good experience, but not 'the best Italian ' I 've had in town.

If you are looking for an Authentic Italian Experience when it comes to food and dine in Esthetics this is the place to be. When I walked in its like I walked into little Italy. The food smelled so good, the pasta is made fresh in house, and the servers are to die for and know just what to do to give you that home away from home feeling. It's so clean and just Magnificent... I approve this place and recommend to those who enjoy Italian food.

I have tried many of the Italian restrants in Omaha looking for the best. I have now found it!! Well done Malara's I will be returning.

I have never experienced such a high level of service at a fast food restaurant, wow! Too bad the A/C isn't working.

Delicious food, quick service. They put cinnamon sugar on my apple pie, which was awesome.
