The customer service in this cafe is the worst i have by far ever seen... I've been into Maleny food co a few times now and all i ever seem to see is the bosses out the front or behind the counter arguing.. And not to mention how rude they are towards customers not even acknowledging them.. Being a boss you would expect a polite hello how are you going? So rude. After a day (Saturday) at Mary Cairncross Park, we rolled into Maleny at 4.02pm and were shocked and disappointed to find almost the entire town, incl this ice cream shop, closed except for the IGA, which was really buzzing.The place was still crawling with tourists so I can't understand the failure to make hay while the sun was still shining. It seems counter intuitive that most stores in Maleny, incl this icecream shop, seem open until 5pm on weekdays but no.later than 4pm on weekends.
We only went in to get an ice cream but the range was great, good size serves and well priced in comparison to the Mooloolaba strip we had visited days earlier. The ice cream was fantastic, with some really interesting flavours.
Maleny food Co is a great place to visit when in Maleny for either a meal, coffee, ice cream or shop for a delicious cheese. The staff were very helpful with our choosing a cheese or 2 such a variety.

Wow what a delightful place for a meal. And huge servings too. Lemongrass and Ginger was also superb. Sorbet and Gelato the best. This is best restaurant we have been to in years
Yes they do icecreams and they do them perfectly, but one thing I've recently fallen in love with that they do- is their macaroons

Superb ice cream. Treat yourself to a double cone. The staff seemed to be a little inexperienced but were friendly. Nice place in a beautiful village
Tried the lime gelati this time. Delicious. Always a popular eating spot. Good variety of cheese to take on our travels.
