mama gaia’s is an authentic restaurant, in an architecturally subtle, beautiful old place, more peaceful than the main square. eating is excellent, has many vegan options, many pure organic options including beer and wein. so much love to detail in the food. what is a pleasure in comparison to the côte d’azur tourist tariff. the personal is excellent, warm, professionally attentive. I am traveling in the region for years and live here, mama gaia is a sound. worth 10 stars. (two meals 19eu) delicious food. vence is worth visiting, more authentic and local than most of the sights/villages we are told to visit. Thank you. mama gaia!
I'm sorry, but my experience at the restaurant mama gaja was really a disaster. My peat with ingredients that I barely recognized was without salt and without flavor, accompanied by the same salad I can make myself, the plate was small but not the price of 12 euro. My companion's plate was a revisited Indian dish but with too cooked rice and lots of cumin that I had difficulty tasting. my experience has not been satisfactory especially because to make vegetarian/vegetalian cuisine you really need to know as mixing the ingredients without imitating the eastern cuisine. :-(
we had the opportunity to discover mama gaia excellent service when they visit vence village on the bikes. the usual question I ask when in the resto for the first time what is a teller of the day was greeted with a smile of the owner.We were informed that all the positions are the teller of the day, as the menu is fresh and changes weekly. we had a beautiful, delicious time and were quite surprised how hearty the teller were (we are not vegetarian and in the rule avoid green restaurants, but this was a gratitude).
We have taken two meals with friends in this restaurant that is a real moment of relaxation quiet on this lovely place, the service is of the best and the meals are really to be discovered. fruit juices with delicious ginger, very tasteful dishes, very balanced in proteins and vegetables, tasty desserts with crushed hazelnuts or chocolate with orange pepits, in short: a real reasonable price. very good place to eat often and stay in perfect health unlike traditional restaurants!!

a nice and family welcome, a terrace in the heart of a square in the historic centre of vence; home, organic, vegetarian. At noon I enjoyed a panisse skewer accompanied by cooked vegetables and a salad. dessert, a caramel buttered cookies. I'm not a vegetarian, but I've been enjoying myself. to discover! dessert day flat 14,5€
excellent organic and vegan cuisine, full of lightness flavors, a very pleasant moment in a quiet terrace with a soft and attentive service. initiative to encourage and develop because it is not so common to find this type of quality restoration, all for a very reasonable price. Bravo!

a beautiful family kitchen (literally since it is a mother and her daughter who holds this little warm place) that gives a new breath to the back country of Niçois that was in trouble with vegetarian restaurants.
Finally a place where you sit by enjoying healthy, natural and special taste dishes for vegan chocolate mousse with orange! in love with sauce and ordinary cuisine; Pass your way!
