This restaurant is a hidden gem. The food was incredible, with fresh and delicious flavors. The crispy rice with spicy tuna was the best I've ever had. The service was excellent and the ambiance was pleasant. The atmosphere was not too bright, cozy, and filled with the chatter of happy diners. I can't wait to make this restaurant one of our regular sushi spots. Overall, the food deserves a rating of 5 out of 5.
I regret to say that this was one of the worst sushi experiences I have ever had. The fish did not seem fresh and tasted far from it. My go-to sushi choice is toro, but I was disappointed by the quality of the toro they served. The sweet shrimp was especially hard to swallow. I would recommend saving your time and money by trying another restaurant. I have no intention of returning to this place.
the service was great. our server was nice and attentive. the menu prices are reasonable and they taste great. the location was also beautiful in the old town of pasadena with a free 90 minute parking right around the corner. Here is a bonus point: you can find so many different elements on your menu. sushi, sashimi, poke, Bento box, ramen, etc.
one of the best Japanese sushi restaurants I've ever visited. everything and I repeat everything we ordered was incredible. I recommend getting at least one of the sushi rolls with cream cheese, it's a game changer. I would also highly recommend the baby back ribs (tonkotsu) ramen, it was so good! super recommend this place.

What is the hole in the wall? I would never have found this place if I didn't go down the holly street. I usually eat only on colorado blvd in old.
