The dining experience at this restaurant is excellent. I have visited twice and both times were fantastic. During my first visit, we enjoyed freshly baked muffins and a delicious breakfast sandwich. The flavors were exceptional. On my second visit, we tried the house-made perogies and a BLT sandwich on a chabatta bun. The BLT was outstanding, with the chabatta bun being soft and warm, and the ingredients exceptionally fresh. The perogies were also delicious, cooked in garlic butter and tender. The homemade muffins were also a standout. Overall, the food and service were top-notch, and I will definitely be returning. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is friendly. There are four tables for dining in and a good selection of carbonated beverages. All sandwiches are made to order, but they are not particularly large in size. I tried a cheesesteak and an apple, brie, and chicken sandwich. The cheesesteak was small and dry, not like a typical Philly cheesesteak. The chicken brie sandwich was a little better, with thick brie but the flavor could have been stronger. Overall, it is a decent spot if you are nearby, but not worth going out of your way for.
We stopped in for a quick bite before our trip. So glad we did! We had the perogies and they are just delicious! My husband had the meatball sandwich and let me have a bite homemade meatballs with crispy bread on the outside with obv homemade tomato sauce! Order it sooooo yummy!! I had the Reuben. Let’s just say everyone should follow their standards for what a Reuben should be delish! And service was so warm and welcoming. Love this place!!!
A fantastic spot to get a delicious sandwich, soup or pierogies- all home made! My favourite is the grilled cheese with bacon, but everyone I've brought there RAVED about the meatball sandwich. I am not one who measures a meals worth by its portion size but instead by taste per bite so Mila’s is perfect for my palate. I’ve been a few times in the last month and enjoyed each lunch thoroughly. I take small bites to able to savour their sandwiches just a little bit longer.And yes the are genuinely nice people who actually mean it when they ask “how’s your day going?”
The staff is welcoming, the coffee is excellent, and the breakfast dishes are delicious. It's worth going out of your way to visit this restaurant. I recommend stopping by if you're in the area.
