ordered food for take out. I was told it would take an hour and was debating on wether to cancel or not. To my surprise, it took two hours. Food arrived cold and soggy. After a 2 hour wait, I expected to enjoy the food, that was not the case(terrible). Although I had good experience in the past with them, I will not order from them anymore. On the phone we got the typical answer, we are busy .will not recommend to anyone.
I really used to enjoy their food but it's gone downhill. I hope they see these reviews and make some changes. My husband ordered the half chicken rotisserie and the chicken was burned and the rice tasted old.I had the fried rice with chicken and the chicken tasted old. I barely ate any chicken and felt sick after. They are clearly using old food. No one should have to pay for this overpiced inedible food.
First and last time ordering from this place. My friends and I ordered take out. This place just went wrong in so many ways. First, the excessive wait time for delivery was ridiculous. Second, food was cold and lacking flavor. And third (worst of all) I found a STAPLE in my rice… yupp. Never ordering from here again.
The food is always fire here no matter delivery or eating in. We have been ordering here for a while and never disappointed. My friend and I came and had an amazing time. The ambiance was incredible and the food, music, and setting made for an amazing night. The mexican street corn empanadas and the alitas de pollo were amazing, and the expansive menu will keep me coming back for more. Great time!
First time trying and last. Got a Cuban sandwich and you can literally taste the defrosting part of the meat. Very unhappy with the fries they were undercooked by a lot it’s like I was eating defrosted potatoes. Please improve your service !
I had my husband's 40th birthday party here. Everything was so great! BYOB-amazing sangria!! EJ also customized the menus with a picture of my husband on it ! That was so funny. Thank you for always delivering great food and service!
