The food here is fantastic, although the atmosphere leaves something to be desired. Situated in the former space of an old bar, the decor hasn't been updated at all, leading to very low lighting. That said, they serve some of the best falafel, hummus, and baba ghanouj in the area. They have a wide selection of vegetarian dishes and pitas, as well as options for meat enthusiasts. I always leave feeling satisfied with my choices. The desserts are also outstanding. Normally, I would deduct half a star for the ambiance, but since that's not an option anymore, I’ll focus on the fact that the quality of the food truly makes the experience worthwhile.
I absolutely loved this restaurant; the food was delicious! When I ordered the chicken combination for the second time, I had to get an extra order of chicken skewers because the white meat chicken was incredibly tender. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful, but during my visit, they were only offering takeout.
It's now mainly take out or catering, but it used to be sit down pre Covid. Even just going in brings back such wonderful memories! The owner is very friendly and the food is out of this world. We miss it so much. It's a place we always try to visit when back in town!
