As a newcomer to the neighborhood, I can confidently say that this restaurant offers the most authentic and unique Colombian flavors I've encountered so far. I've been returning every 3 or 4 days! In addition to the restaurant, they have an amazing Colombian market inside with an incredible selection of products. I can't emphasize enough how friendly the staff is; as someone who works in customer service, I really appreciate their patience and willingness to help. And don't leave without trying the empanadas—they're absolutely perfect!
Manantial is one of the best Colombian restaurants in Miami. The service is amazing. The food was delicious y very well served. We ordered Ajiaco and Bandeja Paisa. Both portions were very generous and well priced. There is also a market with Colombianproducts which is the best I have seen outside of Colombia. There is plenty of parking as well. If you are looking for Colombianfood look no further.
I had breakfast here and absolutely loved it! This is as traditional a Colombian restaurant as you can find. The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional! My fiancée, who is from Colombia, said it reminded her just of home. I highly recommend the Tomlimese Tamale and the Arepa de Choco con Queso!
I highly recommend this beautiful supermarket/ restaurant. You actually feel like you are in Colombia. The staff makes you feel like family they are so nice and helpful. i just had the bandeja paisa and OMG that was the best bandeja paisa ever tasted. Come you will not regret it.

Delicious Colombian cuisine! The flavors in their dishes are reminiscent of the recipes from your homeland (Colombia) or will give you a true sense of authentic Colombian food!
