Excellent discovery: a very original cuisine that can revisit some classical associations with more surprising. The dishes mix varied flavors with always a touch of very appreciable spices while keeping a dish accessible to many tastes. The wait between the dishes was a little long but it was worth the candle (a chef in the kitchen): the young woman was doing the service is very pleasant. Very pleasant frame. What to say except sublime. From entry to dessert, each bite is just incredibly delicious. A blend of just subtle and perfectly mastered flavors. The chief will have you travel for a meal.
