6 of us Florida-Wintering Canadians were looking to eat out in a relatively Covid-safe environment for a birthday dinner. We were on the hunt to eat at an outdoor patio (still concerned about Covid), and were heading to the Ice House, but it's outdoor patio' was basically still inside. Noticed this restaurant which seemed attached to it with it's front-side open air patio and decided to try it. We are very glad we tried this restaurant. It was a surprise to get such good pizza at a reasonable price. Our server; James R was great, very friendly and good at his job. The beer was cold and the pizza really, really good. We went for Valentine's Day and was hoping for a more laid back spot that wasn't overly crowded. Manatees was perfect! Especially on Monday where house wine and select draft beers are BOGO FREE!! We got an app, margarita 14 pizza and added mushrooms, with my wine and tip was about $45. The wine glass serving had to be 2 servings, so much, it was awesome! Nicole was our server and was literally an angel in a human form, so sweet, attentive, and informative. There was some supply outages and she was very apologetic for that. On top of all this, on Valentine's Day, she basically ran the front of house on her own. #powerhouse. Happy for the fresh ingredients
the only place in punta gorda offer a vegan pizza! fun small restaurant that offers a vegan pizza, pommes, hummus and salate. every time I go, ask the server if I want the rider vegan, which is very appreciated. all the server I know what vegan means and are really nice and accommodating. the owner is also super nice, and if they were from the aubergines for the pizza, offered to add any supplements, I did not want to charge any extra. I also love the atmosphere here. Interior and exterior seats are available.
Yes to fresh daily dough. Yes to freshly cut 100% Mozzarella Cheese. Yes to the perfect crust. Yes to the generous amount of veggies on the Medium Supreme Pizza. My only concern was that my large Spinach salad needed more Spinach, otherwise very filling yummy meal. this is the first time we have been here since pre covid. I have not had pizza in a very long time and this place is my favorite for pizza and salad. we had a party of 5 and we all enjoyed the great pizza along with great service. Prices were very good and our pizza was loaded with meat items and hot. Looking forward to coming back again and liked the outdoor seating.
we ordered 2 pizzas and mozzarella garlic bread today and they told us 40 minutes. we arrived there in 30 minutes and our pizza was cold and the brot looked old and out. we have ordered pizza 3 times in this season and only once satisfied. today's order was $47 and we won't go back.
My daughter and I were eating there yesterday. We share a meatball parmesan sandwich and frits with cheese and bacon. it was delicious! Our server was very good..fast and friendly! We also ordered to take pizza home. Absolutely back!
Used to really enjoy going here. Garlic knots were flat, doughy and pizza was burnt on the top and underbaked on the bottom. Waitress was very nice and alone with customers inside and on the porch. Don't know if we will go back... Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
