Tive uma boa experiência no restaurant. Boas oções no carápio, otimos preços (porção de 8 hot rolls per R$18, yakisoba from R$25, temakis diversas R$19 , serviço rapid e muita atenção por parte dos donos, que comandam a cozinha. O local tem muito potential, com criatividade dos chefs e atenção aos detalhes (at entrance do restaurant é linda! . Fica como sugestão investir um pouco na decoração interna, tornando o local mais intimista.
Se não é o melhor sushi que já comi no Brasil, com certain é o melhor de Paraty. O casal Wesley e Gabi, proprietários do restaurant, guardm do cardápio com o carinho de uma família. Two tempers artesanais aos drinks caprichadissimos. Tudo isso finished com uma sobremesa deliciously supreendente. Parada obrigatória para o jantar em Paraty.
Small and charming place, decoração minimalista de bom gosto. Being com pouca fome pedi um temaki salmão completa e uma porção de Huramaki que estavam delicious. Fast and efficient apprenticeship. Conheci em 2014 e desde então sempre visitei quando estive em Paraty, solo noão fomos durante a pandemia. Agora não vejo at the time of flying, meu sushi favorite sempre tem novidade boa e já tô planning to next visit
We love! Or Temaki's a goist. O shimeji não estava tão bem temperado, it seems that missing something, but em geral valeu a pena, gluamos algumas porções de joey também.
