Honestly, what a perfect spot. Hospitality was very warm Gianna was a delight, and the wider team were sweet and effective. Food was consistently excellent. Burrata with pancetta crisp and tomatoes was great. Formaggi al tartufo a delightful addition. Pizza had well flavoured dough and good chew, and can you ever go wrong with spicy sausage and mike's hot honey? Bolognese was flavoursome and had perfectly al dente pasta. Gnocchi was legitimately some of the best I've had toe to toe with any of the best I've eaten in Italy itself. God bless whoever is stuck hand stuffing with ricotta, but totally worth it. I visited this restaurant for a late afternoon/early Italian dinner, and the backyard garden was absolutely charming. I appreciated that it was tucked away inside the restaurant, rather than being part of the outdoor seating area, which can be distracting with passersby and noisy traffic. The staff was fantastic and greeted us with warm smiles. They asked if we had any seating preferences, and I naturally chose to sit outdoors. The garden, complete with a lovely fountain, had a relaxing, spa-like ambiance, and the decor was stunning. I enjoyed every moment spent there. I’ve eaten here plenty of times, usually for a special occasion or get together with friends or family. This time it was to being my homesick friend who was born and raised in the little Italy of the Bronx to eat some authentic Italian food on her visit from San Diego. She was so impressed. We ordered a salad, a soupa de zuppa, lobster ravioli in a sage butter and margarita pizza, her favorite… an apple spritzer and a mezcal Old fashion and a tiramisu. Everything taste amazing. The servers were kind and the atmosphere was beautiful. Of course I’ll be eating here again.
This is our 2nd time coming here and it didn't fall short of excellent. The food is fresh and seasoned nicely, the staff are so friendly and homemade pasta how could you go wrong. This was our first visit, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. We even ordered dishes that weren’t on the menu! The food was excellent, and we were starving after a long day of traveling and shopping. Thank you for an incredible meal and outstanding service! P.S. We made it to Target!
This is the most delicious Italian food. You think you are dining in Italy. The sophisticated food fabulous service. No rush just like being in Italy in every turn of the space. Great foccocia to die for… pizza and homemade pasta! 5 Stars
