Manera's is a hidden gem of a restaurant located in Brick, NJ. It is situated in the former Famous Dave's location in the Carrabbas strip mall at 950 Cedar Bridge Ave. The food is top-notch, served beautifully and generously. The prices are very reasonable, with a dozen oysters on the half shell priced at only $17. They offer a variety of dishes including baby rack of lamb, veal, pork chop, and classics like chicken parm. It's important to support this local business, especially considering their prices are lower than some other restaurants we've recently dined at.
We had a wonderful dinner at this restaurant! I ordered the Herb encrusted Mediterranean Cod with Cous Cous and it was delicious. The cod was fresh and perfectly cooked, with great flavor. I requested no extra salt and it was still amazing. My husband enjoyed the Eggplant Parmigiana, and we both loved the Garden salads. The total cost for our meal was $50, which was well worth it for a lovely Saturday night out. The service was also excellent. Thank you for a great dining experience!
I selected this restaurant for my farewell party, and I'm so happy I found it and recommended it to my manager. None of us in our group had ever been here before, but after reading the reviews that persuaded me to have our event here. Our server, Katie, was fantastic. She provided excellent recommendations and answered all our questions. For starters, we tried the Chorizo Stuffed Mushrooms, Crab Meat avocado cocktail, and Calamares. Everything we ordered was delicious.
The staff provided wonderful personalized service during our meal following my mother's funeral. They were very attentive and the food was outstanding. My husband enjoyed the baked salmon, while I loved everything - especially the penne pasta in vodka sauce, chicken Francais, salads, and more. The food was extremely tasty, our group of 6 all loved our meals. They even prepared a gluten-free version of the scallops for me, which were juicy and perfectly cooked. The chipotle chicken pasta was also delicious. We are excited to visit their other location closer to us. The menu is marked to indicate which dishes can be made gluten-free. The service was also excellent.
The food at this restaurant is fantastic, the prices are affordable, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend it. My only suggestion is to expand the dessert menu.
