I had the most enjoyable experience! The decor is impressive, the staff is attentive. The colors alone in the decor is so inviting. We were seated immediately and our server was friendly and helpful as it was our first time here. There were plenty of vegetarian options, which was wonderful. There were 6.00 drink specials that were delicious. The vegan gumbo was delicious, and so was my veggie burger. The fries were cut like steak fries and the seasoning was perfect. Loved our brunch visit. Very cool menu with a creole twist. Specialty is mango chutney used in several ways on the menu. Creative options for adult beverage including the Mimosa flight that was so tasty. My sweet potato French toast was just sweet enough with great sweet potato flavor. And the Chesapeake Benedict. The hollandaise was the best Ive had. And comes with crab cakes. Can't wait to go for dinner.
I love the atmosphere and the decor of this place. The drinks were amazing and they had so many options to choose from. Not many vegan options besides the gumbo which was fine. You could probably make something vegan but you’d have to take a lot of ingredients out. I’d go back just for the drinks.
My Husband and I went on Valentine's Day for the 1st time. We enjoyed so much. Excellent food. Wonderful Staff. Great Customer Service. If you're looking for a semi-quiet, romantic, intimate dinner for two...ask for the upstairs seating.
