I'm giving one star today due to the poor customer service. I placed my order online for pickup, and when I arrived, there was no one at the pickup area. I waited there without anyone asking if I had a pickup order. One of the female employees then got on the register at the pickup area and started calling over people in line to place their orders. She completely ignored me, even though I was standing there first! A simple question about whether I had a pickup would have helped me grab my order and leave. Instead, she prioritized taking new orders, which left my food sitting there getting cold. Thanks to her, my meal was cold!
This happened 4x in a row where I've gone to kiosks order a certain bagel they don't tell you they are out of that specific bagel and they just give whatever they want without telling you. I pointed this out on the spot that this is not a whole wheat bagel which I ordered and if they are out of it then why not tell the customer they are out of it instead of giving them w.e bagel they want. Just be honest and say your out of those bagels don't give another bagel the customer doesn't want.
This location is conveniently close to my workplace. I ordered online, which was simple with plenty of options to choose from. I also paid online and arrived for pickup earlier than the estimated time, but my order was already ready. They prepared it exactly how I requested in the notes. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the entire experience! The coffee was delicious, and the breakfast bagel was excellent as well!
I will always give anyone the benefit of the doubt. I have ordered from these guys on several occasions and my order is usually right. But this time my order was all messed up. But in fairness I know all spots can have a bad day. But I just hate I got all the way home to find out my order was wrong.

Really nice group of people working hard to provide good service. I usually order on the app so it’s ready to pick up when I go to work. They always have it ready by the time I get there.
It was a good experience. It was my first time there, and I would definitely go back. They offer a wide variety of options, so I can see myself spending more money there in the future.
