I arrived after others, yet they were able to place their orders and receive their food before me. Additionally, the breakfast sandwich I ordered was poorly made, with half of the ingredients falling off the bagel instead of being properly assembled.
The fact that you can't contact anyone about the website about the customer service experience of the shop says everything you need to know how this company feels about customer service. ... Customers came after me ordered after me and paid and received their order before me. The breakfast sandwich I received had half the food from the bagel and not even on the bagel.
During my recent visit, the bagels weren't up to the usual standard. I hope this is just a one-time occurrence. Additionally, the selection was limited, and the bagels didn't seem fresh. I really value this shop and the owner, and I hope he can help his team improve the quality of their products.
